TECO Energy’s Compliance and Ethics Department serves as a function to support all levels of team members and the Board of Directors on matters related to corporate integrity and ethical behavior. The Department is driven by the core value of “we hold ourselves to the highest ethical behavior in all our business activities, including legal, regulatory, financial, operational and environmental matters.” Primary responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations rests with the management and team members of TECO Energy and its operating companies and affiliates. This compliance responsibility applies at each of our business locations and at all of our facilities.
