A multi-disciplined Corporate Compliance Oversight Committee, broadly representing the various substantive areas and diverse businesses within TECO Energy and each of its operating companies, is charged with ongoing administration, monitoring, review and modification of the Ethics & Compliance Program.
The chief ethics & compliance officer serves as the chair of the Oversight Committee, which periodically meets to review the company's compliance status, the program and its various implementation mechanisms.
