SeaCoast ® Transmission Pipeline, LLC:
SeaCoast Transmission is a regulated provider of natural gas pipeline transmission services and is governed by its FPSC-approved tariff. Power Updates is a service offered by Tampa Electric Company through a third-party vendor, Twenty First Century Communications. By enrolling in this service, you agree to receive SMS/text and/or email messages from Tampa Electric regarding power outages and other information. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency per account settings/10 messages per month. Participating carriers include T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint Nextel, Boost, US Cellular®, MetroPCS and Cricket. You must be in good standing with your mobile carrier service and minutes on prepaid devices will be required to receive Power Update messages.

You can opt out of Power Updates at any time by sending the word STOP to 35069. For help with SMS, text the word HELP to 35069 or call us at 813-223-0800 (Hillsborough County), 863-299-0800 (Polk County) or 1-888-223-0800 (all others). You can also reach us by email at miscres@tampaelectric.com.

Power Updates sent via SMS (text) may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, and proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
