TECO Energy outlook webcast March 23, 2005

TECO Energy, Inc. (NYSE:TE) today announced that it plans to webcast an update of its 2005 and longer-range outlook on Wednesday March 23, 2005 at 8:00 AM. The webcast will be concurrent with a presentation to financial analysts.
The update, to be delivered by Sherrill Hudson, Chairman and CEO, John Ramil, President and COO, and Gordon Gillette, Executive Vice President and CFO, will include a discussion of the company’s overall outlook and longer-range plans including, the outlook for 2005 and beyond and the company’s financial position and expectations focused primarily on the 2005 through 2007 period.
